Case Called. Accused Gulab Brohi is produced by J/A of District Jail SBA. Today the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. The learned defense counsel and the learned prosecutor are present however the learned counsel for the complainant called absent his associate is present and submitted adjournment seeking time on the ground that his senior counsel is not feeling well hence sought adjournment. Perusal of case diary show that the examination in chief of the complainant and one eyewitness were recorded on 26.11.2024 and since then neither their cross examination was recorded nor the prosecution has examined any other witness though the complainant and the witnesses have remained in attendance as reflected from the case diaries. It is also further reflected form the case diaries that on multiple dates the adjournment was sought from complainant side. Today the first mashir and PW Ramzan though present however the associate advocate of the learned counsel for the complainant requested that his examination in chief be recorded in presence of his senior counsel though the learned prosecutor is present however the request is allowed to save the very end of justice and the prosecution is given last and final chance to call complainant and other witnesses on next date of hearing. The learned associate advocate of the learned counsel for the complainant has requested for fixation of case on 29.10.2025. His request is allowed and on his request the case is adjourned on 29.10.2025 for evidence. Issue Summons upon the all PWs through SHO concerned. Accused remanded back to concerned J/A.
