This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Meer Muhammad @ Meeral son of Ghulam Haider, 02-Peeral @ Peer Muhammad, 03-Imam Bux @ Dadan both sons of Noor Muhammad Domki, in Crime No.10/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence U/S 506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
