Heard the arguments by applicant side. Order passed in court. Station House Officer of the concerned police station is hereby directed to conduct an inquiry and obtain the bank statement relating to the said cheques. He shall also record the statement of the applicant/petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that the proposed accused shall not be arrested unless and until sufficient incriminating material is collected against them during the course of inquiry. With the above observations, the instant application is dispose off accordingly. |
