Judgment passed and announced in open Court at Ex.9 that accused Bilawal son of Abdul Raheem Thaheem is hereby convicted u/s 265 H(ii) Cr.PC for offense u/s 23(i)(a) of the Sindh Arms Act, 2013. He is sentenced to the period already undergone in custody and is further directed to pay a fine of Rs.500/-. In the event of default in payment of the fine, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for two days. He is present on bail and his bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. A certified copy of this Judgment supplied to the convict free of cost and such receipt brought on record at Ex.10. The accused/convict has deposited the fine amount. |
