Accordingly, in order to prevent breach of peace and to protect interests of all concerned khatedars, the SHO concerned along with Irrigation Authorities is directed to ensure maintenance of peace over water-course No.1-L Ex Jhimal Minor and not to permit any party to take law into its own hands. The Irrigation Department is further directed to maintain temporary equitable arrangement strictly in accordance with available official record and previous recognized water rotation, without showing favoritism to any party and without depriving any cultivator from irrigation water except strictly in accordance with law after due process. The compliance report be submitted before this Court within ten days.
