Case called. Accused Muhammad Khan @ Kurao and Kamran @ Sadam are absconders. DDPP for the state is present. NBWs issued against absconding accused is returned unserved as per endormsent of the process server. The statement of the process sever is recorded at Ex.1. He produced copy of NBWs, separate endorsement, statement of two nekmards and enrty at Ex.1/A to 1/E. DDPP for the state is present. Put off to 08.5.2026, for service. Issue proclamation u/s 87 Cr.PC and attachment u/s 88 Cr.PC through concerned SHO and Mukhtiarkar against the absconding accused. |
