This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imran, 02-Kamran, 03-Rahib all sons of Abdul Razaque, 04-Ali Gul son of Kundo Khan all by caste Mugheri, in Crime No.38/2026 of PS Waggan PP Lalu Raunk for offence U/S 506/2,379,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
