Accused is present in custody after his arrest by police pursuant to NBW issued by this Court due to his absence on the last two dates of hearing without any intimation. Advocate for accused is absent, however, his assistant is present. Since the accused has now been produced, he is remanded to judicial custody. He shall be released on furnishing one more surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
