Parties and counsel for applicant are present and heard the arguments. Order passed in court. In view of above discussions & circumstances, the application in hand stands allowed whereby respondent No.1 is directed to deliver the interim custody of minor/detaine named above to the applicant/mother forthwith and in compliance, whereof, respondent No.1 handed over minor/detenue to applicant. The parties are at liberty to approach proper forum for redressal of their grievances, if so desired.?? However, the applicant is directed not to change/ shifted her above address and removed the custody of detainee/ children within the above jurisdiction without intimating to this court and further directed to furnished P.R bound in the Sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only)?? for the safe custody of detainee at the aforementioned address. Application in hand stands disposed off accordingly. |
