Since the accused namely Khuda Noor S/o Haji Muhammad has been expired in ML No. 3161/2023 Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Karachi and accused namely Tour Jan S/o Malook has been expired in ML No. 3162/2023 Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Karachi in FIR 275/2023 U/s 302 PPC P.S Azizabad and the file is being maintain without any progress therefore, the proceeding in the case against the expired accused above named are hereby abated because accused person are no more available to be tried. |
