Today the R & Ps received by way of transfer from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Larkana. Sessions case called. Accused Muhammad Mithal & Dilber are present on bail granted by the Court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge, Ratodero. While accused Abdul Jabbar is declared P.Os. DDPP for the State is present. D.C both both accused are called absent. Charge against both present accused framed at EX....05. Plea of each accused recorded separately at EX..5/A & 5/B, to which the both accused pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial. Put off to 03.6.2026 for evidence. Issue Summons to P.Ws.
