Heard the arguemnts both side counsel. Order passed in court. This application is allowed and applicants/accused persons named above are admitted to bail subject of furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Accused persons are directed to attend the trial as and when required without fail. If concession of bail is misused, the same shall be cancelled, accordingly. |
