In pursuance of show cause notice against SHO PS Sarhad. NADRA official, Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Daharki and Town Officer namely Maqsood Ali Jaoti, as to why proceeding was not be initiated for misguiding report submitted by Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Daharki on 22.11.2025, SHO PS Sarhad on 26.11.2025, NADRA official on 25.11.2025. In reply of show cause notice of SHO PS Sarhad submitted fresh report that due to rush of work and inadvertently he left the legal heirs of Mst Shahzadi but now he submitted all the legal heirs of Mst Shahzadi and he submitted unconditional apology to that extent. The show cause notice against Inspector SHO PS Sarhad namely Inspector Rizwan Ali Narejo is vacated. NADRA official Ishaque Ahmed appeared on behalf of Incharge NADRA office Ghotki namely Mis Iqra Arain but he failed to submit reply of show cause notice submitted on behalf of Incharge which reply is not satisfactory and NADRA official did not submitted report about the LRs of Mst Shahzadi. She is directed to appear in person on next date with detail report about LRs of Mst Shahzadi, as to why complaint should not be initiated against her. One Yawar Abbas Focal person of Town Committee, Daharki appeared on behalf of Town Officer namely Maqsood Ali Jatoi he failed to submit the reply of show cause notice and again sought time to submit the detail report of legal heirs of Mst Shahzadi as matter of grace being Government officials time is granted with condition that Town Officer Daharki shall appeared in person along with detail report of LRs of Mst Shahzadi and written reply of show cause notice as to why complain should not be initiated against him. Tapedar Atta Muhammad Pitafi on behalf of Mukhtiarkar Revenue Daharki appeared in person and submitted request that time may be granted to submit detail report of LRs of Mst Shahzadi, he is also Government official time is granted with condition that on next date that Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Daharki namely Ashraf Ali Pitafi shall appear in person along with detail report of L.Rs of Mst Shahzadi and submit to reply of show cause notice that as to why complaint should not be initiated against him. The appearance of SHO PS Sarhad Inspector Rizwan Ali Narejo stands discharged for further date and show cause notice issued against him is vacated. Case put off to 09.12.2025, for evidence/receiving of complete reports and hearing on compromise application. Accused Mohsin Ali is remanded back to same custody with directions to produce him before this court on the date of hearing. |
