Bail application called. Mr. Noor Muhammad, learned counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Mithi. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order bail granted to accused in the sum of Rs:-10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One namely Ameen Muhammad s/o Bhooro by Sand, r/o village Posrko, Taluka Mithi, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Gul Shabir.
