Case called. Accused Imtiaz and Mirchoo are produced under custody from District Jail Dadu, while accused Mor & Dilbar alias Dhago are absconder. Proceedings U/S 87 & 88 Cr.P.C were initiated against accused Mor & Dilbar & Dhago . The Mukhtiarkar Revenue submitted report U/S 88 Cr.P.C. The Process server also submitted report U/S 87 Cr.P.C, his statement recorded at (Exh.02), who produced documents at (Exh.02/A to 02/D) respectively. Papers supplied to accused Imtiaz & Mirchoo at (Exh.03). The S.324 P.P.C is exclusively triable by the Sessions Court. Therefore the R & PS be sent to the court of Honorable District & Sessions Judge. The accused are remanded back to jail, with directions to produce them before Honorable Sessions court on 04.03.2026 for framing of charge. |
