Today, the matter was called. Learned counsel for both the parties appeared. During the course of proceedings, the learned counsel pointed out certain clerical mistakes in the amended issues framed by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2026. It was submitted that in Issue No. 3, the area of Survey No. 220/2 has been erroneously mentioned as 01-31, whereas the correct area is 01-21. It was further pointed out that Survey No. 220/2 is not a disputed property; however, it has inadvertently been included as disputed. Since the mistakes pointed out are purely clerical in nature, the same are hereby corrected with the consent of learned counsel for both the parties. Necessary corrections be made in the amended issues. Office is directed to carry out the said corrections accordingly. |
