The instant application U/S 491 Cr.P.C is devoid of merits and stands dismissed. However, the applicant, if so advised, is at liberty to approach the Guardian & Wards Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her grievance regarding custody/guardianship of the minor in accordance with law. Furthermore, respondent No.1 is directed to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- to the effect that he shall ensure betterment, welfare and well-being of the minor and shall not remove/shift the minor from the address mentioned in the petition without prior permission of the concerned Guardian Court. File be consigned to record after due compliance. |
