All accused are also sentenced for offence punishable U/S 353 PPC R/W S. 149 PPC to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one (01) year and to pay fine Rs.5000/- each, in case of default in payment of fine accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for one (01) month more. All accused are sentenced for offence punishable U/S 148 PPC R/W S. 149 PPC to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two (02) years and to pay fine Rs.10,000/- each, in case of default in payment of fine accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for two (02) months more. All the sentences awarded to accused shall run concurrently. However, whatever period the accused remained as UTP in jail, the same will be deducted from the sentences of their imprisonment in terms of section 382-B Cr.P.C. Accused Abdul Sattar, Mumtaz, Muhammad Ismail, Riaz Ali @ Riaz and Imtiaz are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties discharged. They are taken into custody.
