Here it is pertinent to mention the conduct of the counsel of the plaintiff is beyond understanding. The counsel of the plaintiff laid stress for order on application for grant of medical/ delivery expenses U/s 151 CPC, 1908. On perusing the record the above application could not be found in the file. Thereafter the file was handed over to the counsel of the plaintiff for showing the same application, but the counsel of the plaintiff failed to disclose any such application. such act in presence of the plaintiff is not found reasonable. The counsel of the plaintiff appears in the court with threats for approaching the higher authorities without any reasonable ground and attempts to create unwanted situation in front of his clients for the reason based known to him. Put up to 02.09.2026 for cross of plaintiff and hearing on application U/S 12 of G&W. |
