This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ayaz @ Ayaz Hussain, 02-Munir @ Munir Hussain, 03-Riaz @ Riaz Hussain all three sons of Mahmood @ Mahmood Khan, 04-Hamid @ Mehmood Khan son of Ayaz @ Ayaz Hussain, 05-Farooque @ Farooque Ahmed son of Raban @ Rab Nawaz all by caste Mugheri, in Crime No.48/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 324,337-Ai,Fi,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
