The accused Amjad Ali is convict U/S 265-H (2) Cr.P.C U/S 24 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 and sentence him to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for ten years & to pay fine of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand). In case of default to pay the fine, the accused shall suffer S.I. for six months more. The accused is also extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.
