Criminal Bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C called. Mr. Muhammad Rafique Hingorjo is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Police papers received from PS Islamkot. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court, whereby bail granted to applicant/ accused subject to solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/-(fifty thousand Rupees) with P.R bond in like amount.Accused has furnished required surety. One Javaid son of Umed Ali Lanjo, R/o village Warwai, Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with original Smart Card of his Motorcycle bearing Registration No. HET-0726, he stood surety of accused Rashid Ali son of Dilawar in the sum of Rs:50,000/- ( Fifty thousand) with P.R bond in like amount ,which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Rashid Ali son of Dilawar.Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents. |
