Bail application called. Mr. Pitho mal, learned counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Mithi. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order bail granted to accused in the sum of Rs:-20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One namely Qurban Ali s/o Achar by Bajeer, r/o East Bajeer Mohalla Mithi, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Muhammad Qasim. He/surety produced two original DSCs No.743675 & 743676 of Rs:- 10000/- each (Ten thousand).Total 20000/-(Twenty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of accused Muhammad Qasim. |
