In case the suit property is not partitionable he shall put the same into auction including limited auction between the parties and for doing so he shall obtain valuation of the suit property at least from 03 local estate agents/valuators and shall comply the mandate of preliminary decree strictly in accordance with law. The Nazir fees shall be 20000/- to be paid by the plaintiff and defendants equally, the Nazir is directed to submit final inquiry report preferably within 60 days of this judgment. |
