R & Ps of instant Crl.Misc.application u/s 491-A Cr.P.C received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge/Justice of peace, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Petitioner Ghulam Ali Dahani is present a/with his learned counsel Mr.Abdul Hameed Chachar. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, Learned ADPP for the State is present. Reports received by this Court from SHO concerned and Raid Commissioner. Order on it. Filed. Arguments heard from boh the sides. Order also passed, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the alleged detainees except the detainee Muhammad, are nominated accused in the aforesaid FIRs while the detainee Muhammad Bux is required in Crime No.42/2026 of PS Tangwani, but he has not yet been arrested by the police nor he was found confined at the police lockup during raid conducted by the raid commissioner, therefore, the purpose of the present application stands served. Accordingly, the application is disposed of in the above terms. |
