Case called, UTP Qarban confined in District Jail Malir and produce by the JA through video link, DDPP present, P.W- SIP YAqoob Ali Magsi appeared and examined as Ex-03, he produce documents as Ex-03/A to 03/D, P.W-PC Usama Tarique appeared and examined as Ex-04, DDPP closed the side of prosecution evidence vide his statement marked as Ex-05, statement of accused under section 342 Cr.P.C recorded as Ex-06, heard final arguments, judgment passed and announced in open court, UTP acquitted under section 265-H(i) Cr.P.C , Release writ issued in favor of UTP to the concerned superintendent jail with direction to release the accused forthwith if no more required in any other custody case, office is directed to consigned the R & P to the record room. |
