Even today he failed to satisfy the court regarding his absence, which clearly suggests that he has misused the concession of bail. His surety also failed to discharge his liabilities for production of accused on each & every date of hearing. Consequently his bail bond are cancelled and he is remanded to District Prison & C.F.
