R & Ps of this case received by way of transfer from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge N.Feroze for disposal according to law, which is fixed today Case called. Accused Adeel and I Ikhtiar are present on bail, accused Junaid is produced in custody by concerned jail authority through video link , while remaining accused Ayaz and Manthar are shown as absconders already declared as P.O .ADPP is present. Charge is framed against accused Adeel, Ikhtiar and Junaid at Ex.2. Plea of accused recorded Adeel and Ikhtiar recorded at Ex. 2/A & 2/B , plea of accused Junaid recorded through video link at Ex. 2/C in which accused persons pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial.
