Accused Shah Rakhio is present on interim pre-arrest bail. While accused Muhammad Qasim is absconder, the proclarmation U/S: 87 Cr.P.C issued against him retruned by the process server in connection thereof. The Statement of Process Server is recorded at Exh-02. He produced the letter of proclarmation earlier issued by this office, memo of Proclarmation U/S 87 Cr.PC R&R at Ex 02/A to 02/C respectively. Order passed on the statement of Process server whereby, the absconding accused is decelared as Proclaimed Offender. While compliance report into Writ of attachment under section 88 Cr.PC received from Mukhtikarkar, Taluka Kamber at Exh: No: 03. The Documents supplied to accused Sobdar @ Bhoro , Sohrab @ Mehrab and Shah Rakhio, such receipt obtained from them at Ex; No: 04. Since the offence punishable U/S: 302, PPC is exclusively triable by the court of Honorable, Sessions Judge, therefore, let the R&Ps of this case be sent up accordingly. Put off to 16-10-2026 for Charge. The accused Sobdar @ Bhoro, Sohrab @ Mehrab and Shah Rakhio, are directed to appear before the court of Honorable, Sessions Judge at Kamber on the above said date of hearing. |
