Perusal of the case diaries shows that the accused remained absent for two dates without any intimation. Even today he failed to satisfy the court regarding his absence, which clearly suggests that he has misused the concession of bail. His surety also failed to discharge his liabilities for production of accused Abdul Malik on each & every date of hearing. Consequently his bail bond are cancelled and he is remanded to District Prison & C.F. Sanghar for want of fresh surety. Issue show cause to surety.
