R & Ps of this case received by way of transfer from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge N.Feroze for disposal according to law, which is fixed today Case called. Accused Junaid is produced in custody by concerned jail authority through video link , while remaining accused are shown as absconders already declared as P.O .ADPP is present.
