This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Rasool, 02-Noor Ahmed both sons of Muhammad Ramzan, 03-Altaf @ Altaf Hussain, 04-Majid @ Majid Hussain both sons of Ghulam Rasool all by caste Abro, in Crime No.43/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 379 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
