Case called. Accused Sadam Shahani produced under custody from District Prison, Dadu. Learned Advocate for accused and ADPP for the state are present. Papers supplied to accused Sadam at (Exh.01). The S.23/25 S.A.A is exclusively triable by the Sessions Court. Therefore the R & PS be sent to the court of Honorable District & Sessions Judge.
