The state, by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit court, Larkana wherein it has been held that in terms of the statutory provisions of chapter I, Section 2, sub-section (pp) & (qq),of Sindh control of Narcotics substances Act 2024, unless and until the provincial Government formally designates or notifies a Court or Tribunal, the Courts established under section 30 Cr.P.C, or any other court empowered to exercise the powers of a Special court under the Sindh control of Narcotics Substances Act 2024- including the Courts of the Sessions Judge- are legally authorized and competent to hear and adjudicate matters falling within the ambit of the said Act, therefore in compliance of the above-quoted order and seeking guidelines from the same, let matter be proceeded till receipt of further directions.
