It appears that no incriminating material is available on record to connect the accused Aamir Lashari with the alleged offence, In these circumstances, and in the interest of justice, the accused Aamir Lashari S/o Ali Mardan Lashari is hereby acquitted under Section 249-A Cr.P.C. on the suo moto. Since the accused is present on bail, his bail bond is cancelled and the surety is discharged. So far as the proclaimed offenders namely Ali Mardan S/o Daim Khan Lashari and Munwar Ali @ Muno S/o Rasool Bux are concerned, the office is directed to keep the case file dormant against them till their arrest or appearance before the Court, as per law. It is further that the case property, viz., one battery, 48-voltage, black color, Company Huawei, Model ESM-48100A7, has already been handed over to its owner in compliance with the order passed by this Court under Section 516-A Cr.P.C. dated 25-10-2025. Case is disposed of accordingly. |
