This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Niaz Ali Memon advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Gulzar @ Gulzar Ahmed son of Gulab by caste Chandio in Crime No.04/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 380,457 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 31.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
