It is pertinent to note that Honorable High Court vide order dated 27.04.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2536/2025, directed this court to proceed with the matter on weekly basis and conclude the same within three months under intimation to honorable high court through MIT-I and fact of this direction is already in the knowledge of all learned advocate appearing in this case as well as accused persons. Despite this either an advocate for one accused has appeared before this court whereas advocate for co-accused remained absent.
