Cr. Misc. Application called. Applicants are called absent their counsel are present. Today matter is fixed for Order. Order passed and announced in open court. The petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to be independent and impartial as regards any dispute between applicants on one hand and respondents No.6 to 10 on the other hand and further to ensure that none of the parties take law in their hands. Furthermore, this order will not influence any legal proceeding that are currently pending or may be initiated against the applicants. |
