Since the accused are appeared before this court from judicial custody through video link, they are hereby sent back to the concerned jail along with a copy of acquittal intimation, with direction to concerned jail authority to release the accused persons forthwith in this case only, subject to the condition that they are not required to be kept in connection with any other case, while case against absconding accused namely Rabel be kept on dormant file till this arrest or surrender before the court. |
