Family Suit called. The plaintiff is present, learned counsel for plaintiff is present, defendant is present, learned counsel for defendant is present, pre-trial proceedings held but failed and the prayer for dissolution of marriage is allowed. The marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved at the stage of pre-trial in lieu of dower as consideration of marriage. Let such Decree be prepared and copy be sent to concerned U.C for reconciliation. The decree for dissolution shall take effect after passing 90 days. |
