Case called. Accused Zafarullah and Qasim are produced in custody from DP Larkana. While accused Ghulam Abbas, Manzoor, Nadir and Shoukat @ Aadho are absconders. DDPP for the state is present.NBWs issued against the absconding accused is returned unserved as per endorsement of the process server. Statement of process server is recorded at Ex.1. He produced copy of NBWs, separate endorsement, statements of nekmards and such entry at Ex.No.1/A to 1/F. Put off to 22.4.2026 for service. Issue proclamation u/s 87 Cr.PC and attachment u/s 88 Cr.PC against the absconding accused through concerned SHO and Mukhtiarkar. |
