Case called. Accused isproduced by jail authority i.e sub jail Mithi. ADPP for state is present. Today the case was fixed for charge and accused pleaded guilty by filling an application at Ex:02 and prayed for mercy. On his admission, a show cause was issued to him at Ex:03 for which he replied at Ex:04. Hence, charge was framed at Ex:05, plea of accused recorded at Ex:05/B in which accused again pleaded guilty. Order passed at Ex:06 and announced in the open court, whereby above named accused is convicted U/S 243 Cr.P.C for the offence U/A 3/4 PEHO and sentenced him for the period of imprisonment which he already undergone w.e.f 19-02-2026 till today (Two months & two days). The accused is remanded back to sub jail Mithi along with his conviction warrant for compliance accordingly. |
