Notice U/S 514 Cr.P.C, issued against surety on which surety Amjad Ali appeared and submitted reply/application that he has tried to produce the accused but accused absconded away and he further stated that his surety amount of Rs.30,000/- may be forfeited. The perusal of record reveals that he has stood surety for accused Waryal @ Laloo and he has kept CDR No.749083 in the sum of Rs.30,000/- as surety papers, now the surety has failed to produce the accused, therefore, the bail of accused is recalled and the surety of accused is hereby forfeited and surety amount of Rs.30,000/- imposed upon the surety and surety is directed to pay the surety amount within (15) days, in case of failure the surety papers viz. CDR be deposited in Government Treasury Account. Case put off to 10.07.2026 for service. Repeat NBW against accused Waryal @ Lalo. |
