This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Memon advocate on behalf of applicant Shahnawaz son of Muhammad Hayat by caste Abro against SHO PS Mirokhan & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Bilawal Rafique the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Mirokhan is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mirokhan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 23.02.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
