Case called. Plaintiff and her counsel were present. No one appeared on behalf of defendant side. Today matter was fixed for order as well as hearing of defendant side on application u/s. 17-B while defendant side failed to heard the same. Order passed on separate sheet. Instant application is hereby inclined to strike off the defense of the defendant and decree the suit forthwith to the extent of maintenance of minor only. Defendant is directed to pay maintenance of minor at the rate of Rs. 8000/- from the date of date of institution of this suit i.e. 08.11.2024 till to date and from September, 2025 at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month for minor viz till marriage of minor or till she rejoins his father with enhancement of 10% per anum. Deree to follow accordingly to the extent of maintenance of minor in above terms. Suit shall proceed for remaining prayers as per law. Learned counsel for plaintiff filed affidavit in evidence.
