The R&Ps of instant matter received by way transfer from the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi due enhancement and revising pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Sr. Civil Judges vide notification No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Dated 01st March 2025. Case called. None present on behalf of defendant. While Mr. Ali Asfar Jan, advocate filed/updated his new power/vakalatnama on behalf of plaintiff Nos.3 to 6 & 9 to 10. Order passed on it. File. He stated that plaintiff Nos.2 & 7 has passed away and he will file proper application in this regard. Learned counsel for plaintiff Nos.1 & 8 is also present. In the interest of justice matter is adj. to 10-12-2025 for examination of parties/settlement of issues as well as hearing of CMA NO.11103/15.
