B.A u/s 497 Cr.P.C called. Mr. Pithu Mal advocate for applicant/accused is present. Mr. Hemoon Kolhi Ld: ADPP for state is present with police file. Informant Bharat Kumar is called absent. Advocate for applicant/accused filed statement that he did not press the instant bail application, and that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within one month and saying so he filed such statement, which is taken on record. Learned ADPP for the State, present in Court, candidly stated that he has no objection to the said suggestion. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court, as per order, while dismissing the instant bail application as not pressed, and considering the fact that the charge against the applicants/accused has already been framed by the learned trial Court and that the case is now fixed on 25.08.2026 for recording the evidence of prosecution witnesses, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of this order, under intimation to this Court. Office is directed to send the certified copy of order to the Ld: trial court for information and compliance. |
