Mr.Gahi Khan Bangwar, learned ADPP for the State is present. Mr Aijaz Ahmed Bangwar, learned advocate for accused is present. Complainant Muhammad Azeem Malik is present alongwith his learned counsel Mr.Muhammad Akram Menik. NBWs issued against absent accused and notice u/s 514, Cr.P.C to his surety return by ASI Gaman Khan Jakhrani as per his endorsement that they have shifted away from their native places and their whereabouts is not known to anyone, he also stated that he has pasted the copies of notice u/s 514, Cr.P.C on the outer door of the surety and other famous places. He produce un-executed notice u/s 514, Cr.P.C issued against surety of absent accused namely Khadim s/o Abdul Rehman Bangwar, published notice in the outer door of the surety and his endorsement at Ext.5/A to 5/C respectively. Heard. Order also passed, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the bail bond furnished by the surety Khadim Ali Bangwart, is forfeited to the extent of 100% of the surety amount i.e Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand). The DSCs furnished by the above named surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, be en-cashed and same amount be deposited in the relevant head of account of Government exchequer in accordance with law.
