It is pertinent to mention here that I had assumed the ccharge of this Court on 25.08.2025 and since beginning repetedly Mr. Shah Khalid Advocate who is appearing for the KDA in District Central was directeed to appear in this Court on daily basis at leaset for half an hour but he used to sent the clerk and they most of the time mark the attendance and leave the court and thereafter do not turn up. The conduct of the clerk is the same and so also Mr. Shah Khalid Advocate and have not mend their ways. Today in this matter is also the same position. As per the circumstances of the matter, I am compelled to directe the Director General KDA to look into thematter and nominate any other KDA counsel to appear in this Court so that the plea/stance of the KDA can properly be brought on record before passing any orders. Office is directed to communicate the above order the Director General KDA for the compliance and report. Office is also directed to issue letter for appearnce of Assistant Director in-person and the Director General is also directed to bound down to the concerned Assistance Director for the compliance and also Service upon the defendants is stands held good.
