Order passed thereon. 1) Ayoub Khan S/o Nadir Khan (2) Noor Haq S/o Gul Khan (3) Ali Zaman S/o Muhammad Ramzan & (4) Gul alai @ Ajab Khan S/o Haji Ghulam Haider are declared Proclaimed Offender, his case shall be kept on dormant till arrest. Issue perpetual warrants of accused. The case of the present accused is bifurcated from the accused person and his case shall be proceeded in accordance with law. Copies supplied to accused at Ex.03.
